Does anyone else watch this?
I wonder what everyone thinks about the concept. Personally I think it’s a really good idea and find the programme very interesting.

as someone who has been involved in working with and directing volunteers in hospitals for many years I would say it ain't that easy Vagus....it also seems to me to be unfair for ther NHS to get free labour....if they were doing extras for patients then fine but when its basic nursing care jobs then they should be paid to do them.

I’m not sure why you feel it’s unfair on the NHS.
This is a scheme which is being trialed, it’s not set in stone or being rolled out at all hospitals. But if it proves to be advantageous to all concerned, then what’s the problem?
