You know diets advocate drinking 8 glasses of water a day. When I was working this was no problem but find it hard to get that amount down now not working.

Do you believe it helps or what.

I drink loads of water. Never worked out how much though. Water is my favourite drink. If we are out, I never hsve more than one paid for drink and then hsve tap water! Pubs and restaurants must love me!
Forgot to say I have ice and a slice in my water when I am out!
Patsy, just me then. I can't face huge quantities of anything to eat or drink.
One of my friends regularly drinks 15 mugs of tea a day.
I've got a water bottle with a measuring guide but never stick to it. Some days I drink loads of water and some days hardly any.
Chilled water seems more attractive to drink than room temperature.
Keep promising myself that one day I'll get one of those plumbed in fridge/freezers that dispenses chilled water and ice. Not made it yet.
I buy bags of ice.
I can't believe that someone thinks that straw coloured means the colour of drinking straws!
Have they never been to a farm?

I drink loads of water - I only like sparking water though. I carry a little bottle of it everywhere I go out.
I rarely drink water, either bottled or from a tap. I don't trust it. Last week I had water coming out of my taps that looked like milk. Never seen it like that before. On the odd occasion it's discoloured due to pipe work in the vicinity, but not like milk.
