Yahoo Shortcut on Windows Desktop

Four people use this PC, each with different usernames. One person has downloaded yahoo messenger so now there are shortcuts for yahoo messenger and yahoo mail on the desktops for each user. How can I make sure it only appears for the user that uses it? Does that make sense?!

Could you right-click on the shortcut icons on the desktop of each user who doesn't use it, and then click on delete? This should just remove the shortcut icons, not the whole program.
