A beautiful sunny day here on the Coast, really too hot to walk the dogs at the moment, they are
sunbathing on the lawn, really do not seem to care.
Once it has cooled down a bit we will take them down the Country Park and they can exercise at their own pace while we check out the Terrace at the Pub there.
Back to t'mill tomorrow, am on a 2 week course, inhouse this time not Cambridge thank goodness.
Hope everyone else is enjoying this weather.

Tashi I told Baldric in another post ( don't think he saw it ) Ma late sister married a Kentish man and lived 2/3rds of her life there, he was in the RAF so they lived in Biggin Hill, Maidstone and finally retired in Whitstable along from Herne Bay,I spent many hot summers down there as a teenager

Hi Bobbisox, he says he did see it, Whitstable is lovely, but they couldn't find a suitable property for sale there, so Hernia Bay it is.
My sister had a bungalow right on the beach there as my brother in law had two businesses in Whitstable itself

an odd half pint - we don't have those glasses down here in Proper Job country.....
Been beautiful up here today. I insisted that we went out for a bit of lunch in Llandudno after being busy yesterday. Good call, and I do not often get away with an insist. Lovely lunch and I did not drive. :))

Hi, LadyCG, we had a super time, would love to go again, this has just reminded me you did ask when we came back, am doing dinner at the moment will come back to this later.
I'm pleased you had a nice time, it's definitely on our to-do list.

I should imagine the restaurants are world-class.

We stayed about 5 miles from the Bay, so Hotel was only £50pp/pn,
very clean and comfortable as well.
Taxis were dirt cheap and readily available so no problems getting about.
Hasn't it been lovely? We did nothing yesterday due to recovering from a wee party we threw on Fri. Lazy day today lounging in the garden and then full Sunday roast with the step daughter and her mate.

The nights are getting colder now tho.
