41a The answer must be academy award but I can't explain it

46a Unrated article by father with covering letter. It looks like "tax free" which is unrated. Fr is father, but I can't explain any more

49a Moves perhaps from A to B without stopping. Looks like "glissandi" but A and B re adjacent notes, so no room for a glissando. The bottom note on a piano is A but the top note is C. Are they referring to a B somewhere else on the piano?
