Oil on t-shirt

I am making lunch and whilst sqeezing the sunflower oil out of a tin of tuna it squirted onto my t-shirt! What is the best way to get it out as i presume if i leave it then it will stain?

here give it to me ill get the stain out you just make the tuna salad

Thanks! but the salard is made now. Ive put it in the sink in hot water will put some stain remover on when i have eaten?! bit of vanish soap bar??!!

just be careful you dont put the t shirt in with the tuna and eat the vanish soap bar

hi steve208 - neat washing up liquid, then finish off as normal in the washing machine.
