Raynauds disease and carpal tunnel syndrome are the commonest, they have some treatments but are not dangerous.
I have Reynauds Syndrome and to say it is not dangerous is highly misleading.

Severe Raynaud's can lead to gangrene and the loss of fingers or toes. In rare severe cases, nerve surgery called "sympathectomy" may be considered. The nerves stimulating constriction of the vessels are surgically interrupted in order to prevent blood vessel spasms.

If you smoke, you should stop as soon as possible, as it aggravates the symptoms and worsens the condition.

See your GP.

This could be caused by many things, including neck problems, repetitive strain injury, or neurological problems. You need to see your GP to get a correct diagnosis as soon as possible.
