Travel insurance

My parents are finding it impossible to get travel insurance as my dad has health problems, and is also waiting to start kidney dialasis (sp) both of them 65+

Does anyone know of an insurance company that deals with people with health problems (if such exsist)

I recognise that your parents might not fit the profile of being 'disabled' but, if these firms are able to provide insurance for people who can't 'tick all the right boxes' on the standard forms, they might be able to help your parents:
