i'm due to be exchanging contracts on my house in a few weeks and I've no where to go. I'm looking to purchase one new build for about £110,000 and a second house to renovate for about £120,000. I was going to rent while looking for one or both properties, but it's proving harder than I anticipated due to having a dog, but still wanting to live somewhere nice.
I was looking to move to the isle of wight, but i'm about £40,000 short to do this. I just want to live somewhere peaceful with lovly dog walks that's not in Essex or London.

What about a mobile home/caravanette meantime?
Go a bit further North is my advice.
Well that's two of us who've suggested looking northwards!

But the north is cold :-( I've been looking for properties in Suffolk and near devon, but nothing is really appealing to me. I think i'm going to get a good nights sleep and start a fresh tomorrow. Thank you for all your help. Especially you chris, I feel like I want to move to Suffolk just to live near people as helpful and kind as you.
:-) Sleep well.

I have looked into them tuvok and I just have a bad feeling about them. They are beautiful, and you get a lot more for your money, but I just worry about losing money and having a stupid management company telling me what to do
