Speak to your GP. If you are that anxious about it you may be prescribed some mild medication to get you there and back.

In the long term you can look at various aversion therapies, hypnosis and so on, but you have left it a bit late for this holiday.

Pointless telling you that you are safer in a plane than in a car and so on. You know all that already.

Enjoy your holiday.

I've heard of Joe 90...

Are you his son?
wi man, its the best way to get from A to B in the shortest time, i,m sure your get over your fear {great advice from Ethel} and when you do, the world will be your oyster so to speak.

Have a great holiday by the way, i was in majorca last year, your love it
hi wii, breathing exercises take three slow deep breaths in and breath as you do then do it again ...no more than three tho or you will get dizzy. that should help:)
I don't like flying very much. I find that listening to music helps me. Do as Ethel said, and see your G.P. They will help you. Good luck wii man.x
My bestest friend had a course of hypnotherapy a couple of summers ago, and went on a BA familiarisation day which is ground based only. The reason she sought help was because her bf works for an Airline and she couldn't stand not using the reduced tickets that were avaliable. We have hardly seen her since, but she sends lovely postcards.
Have you seriously thought about what it is that bothers you ... is it the take off, landing, being in an enclosed space? TELL your parents! as they will have to assist you to get help being so young. Have a lovely holiday.
