We cooked a roast beef piece of meat from M&S yesterday. There is a fair bit left. Can I reheat it to have for tonight?

Yes certainly.
It should be okay for a couple of days.
Of course...easiest way is in gravy. Even if it was not refrigerated yesterday, it will be fine.
Send it to me and I'll try it for you between two slices of bread and let you know.
With a big dollop of horseradish i hope OG
I wouldn't do it. I'd have it cold with some chips and peas and any leftovers would be converted into a cottage pie for tomorrow evening.
Was it fresh, uncooked beef? If so, it would be fine. Just make sure you heat it thoroughly.
Like Tilly, I'd have it cold. Can't stand over cooked beef.
Yes, it is safe.

thanks all but my husband would not risk it so we had it cold.
If you can have it in a ready meal it is safe to eat. That's how I always look at it. I would have had it cold though :-)
Texture, flavour, vitamins and calorific value and so on might suffer, but you can go on and on reheating food (to above boiling point for a few minutes), so as not waste it. I cooked far too much quill pasta a week or so ago and reheated the leftovers 4 times, but I could have frozen instead.
"my husband wouldn't risk it"....some very strange people/ideas about.
