Undefined

I'm with Santander - sent them a message yesterday - and usually it would say "send" or "submit" - now the word "undefined" comes up. anyway sent it by hitting the undefined button - have got an email from them to say I've an answer - cannot get into the message - I can get into anything else. anybody know. thanks - also what would undefined mean.

Maybe you haven't filled the reason for your email so that it gets sent to the right department.
