I've often noticed that when i've been out walking, which may have been a long way or i was walking fast (so that it was energetic) when i come back my legs twitch a litle bit? Not in one specific place, but kind of all over my legs. Does anyone else get that or know what it is?

age?
Not sure but I get that too - like a pinging on my legs - maybe its just muscles releasing something.

I just think that it must mean I have put some effor in!!
Yer I sometimes do. its a bit like the start of pins and needles. I just think its poor blood circulation.
Hi Alix,

If it is a peculiar sensation, similiar to nerves jumping in your legs (you can sometimes see the veins moving/beating), nothing painful but odd like mini electric current feel, then according to our GP it is very common (especially in older people - *owzat ducks to avoid low flying missiles*) nothing to worry about [gave it a name but cannot remember] and said to my hubby, not to be concerned, it will come and go.

If this is not what you are referring to, then ignore this message - it wasn't me that sent it !! Lol
It could be Restless Leg Syndrom. Do you have it at any other time??

Yes its like a nerve thing I think. Its not all day that I get it, just when I've been out walking a lot. It goes after a while, but thought it was a bit strange. glad i'm not the only one to get it!! I'm 21 by the way.
It's called Jimmy Legs, i get it if i've had a busy day or if i'm BADLY hungover sometimes! It'sHORRIBLE!
