Both of those ONLY accept Non Indian candidates is it is impossible to get a candidate from the home country of India ! So are you Indian?

Where do you get these ideas from Eddie - I have just looked at Tata motors careers website and it is one of the most professional, global, PC, pro-diversity websites I've ever seen - and uses loads of pictures of Indian people.
