Anyone know how holiday pay is worked out?
Starting work tomorrow (as I posted about last week), 14hrs p/w.
I know that I'm entitled to holiday pay even though my work is only part time but don't know how its worked out?

I wouldn't worry too much about teh exact detail now- just enjoy your job and the pay and things like this will sort themselves out. If you need a holiday just check then that it will be paid- which it should be given the entitlement you calculated
As I said, I will find out the details later this week.
TBH its all a bit hypothetical anyway to me as I cant see me wanting anytime off except for maybe an emergency. Its only one full day and two half days a week as it is and Ive been doing more than that as a volunteer anyway. (No, Im not blowing my trumpet either, I just love doing what Im doing...nothing altruistic about it)
Was just curious as to how it works out with part time work.
If you are only working a few hours, they may well let you get paid for annual leave without actually taking the time off... so you would just get extra pay.
Sorry, was out. If you aren't working masses of overtime, you may be able to work, say 2 days a week and take 3 days annual leave- so you are doing the same days;, but getting paid your annual leave on top too.
They may allow that, they may not.
Nails, I'm not sure why you are mithering about holiday pay at this stage. Just get on with it, and enjoy your job, and it will all become in the fullness of time.
