My wife's Phone only ring 3 times for incoming call then switches to answerphone. She has tried all ways and asked lots of people but she can't set it to ring for longer. Any ideas please folks??

It looks like it may be connected to your provider.

Yup, provider controlled, 30 seconds is the maximum but most default it to 15-20, ring customer support and as for it to be set to 30 seconds
