Just recently got 6 yr old cross terrier from cat & dog home. He is absolutely great in house no mess and eating well. In all very well behaved. Problem is when he is taken outside - he barks agressively at anyone in his vicinity and at all dogs he sees. Does anyone have any ideas on how I should handle this bad behaviour. One thought I had was to use a muzzle but not sure if this would help. Would be greatful for any ideas.

I had this problem with my dog for a while as well look at the question about dogs behaving badly and the water squirter and that should help you aswell you can also use water bombs
A muzzle is good to give you confidence because you know whatever he gets up to he can't bite the person or dog. If you can stay calm it'll probably make it easier to deal with.
