I have got answers for some of them but they are stretching the imagination shall we say!! The anagram i think is author but its got a letter left over!! any help would be gratefully appreciated. The quiz needs to be in by 7th Jan.

I have just received some information from the quiz setter there are two mistakes the anagram the answer is author and the name should read earnie so the answer is barista - thanks for all you help so far.
