The other morning i was woken up by the sound of a dustcart very early. The man knocked on my next door neighbours house and dropped off a yellow plastic looking container with a orange lid. Anyone have any ideas what this is for? Its about the height of a plastic milk container and approx a saucer width wide.

Thanks

Could be for medical waste?
Agree with carrust - It sounds like a Sharps container, in other words meant as a safe place to put used medical needles, like those used by a diabetic.

It's the local councils responsibility to collect it when full and dispose of it safely.

If it's not for your household, maybe a neighbour is expecting it.
Sorry didn't read the question carefully enough. It was dropped off at your neighbour's. Your like me, inquisitive!!
