I have a saucepan full of stock which I'd like to freeze, but no suitable containers. I have some zipup plastic bags, but that feels very wobbly! I have some glass jars can I use them?

How do you freeze liquids, What to do for the best?

Reduce the stock by half at least and leave in a cool place or fridge overnight. It should set then you can spoon it into bags to freeze. Also you can really reduce it down until super concentrated and put in ice cube trays. Pop a few into stews etc instead of stock cubes.
