Humax Box.

I need help! This box is driving me mad. It is cutting short all recordings o I miss the ending of every programme.
I have looked at the manual but can't find any mention of this problem plus it is full of mambo jumbo language.
Has anyone any ideas please.
I know this should be in technology but I know I will get a better response in CB.

Press the blue HOME button.
Press arrow above the OK button to go into settings.
Press OK.
Press PVR settings, the playback options.

I can't tell you any more at the moment as I'm recording something, and can't make any selections, but it is straightforward believe me. If I can do it, you can too.
