Just got home for lunch and all that there was in the breadbin was a hard chibatta. I have put Strong Cheddar, Onion and tomato on in and wrapped it in foil and stuck it in the oven for a few mins. God it smells good.

Does anyone want a bite?

Well you need to promise not to scoff the lot.
I'll do anything for food - but I can't do that!!!

Apologies to Meatloaf...
Hey, I can smell burning!!

You do know don't you turbo, that the AB policia will claim this should be in Food & Drink??
That was one of the best food tips anyone ever gave me. Hard bread softens up a treat if wrapped in tin foil and cooked in the oven for a few minutes.

I'd love to have had a bite, but I'm stuffed from the hot roast pork, stuffing and apple sauce baguette that I just bought down Borough Market. GORGEOUS
