It's about a Benefits Cheat who has been prosecuted and the sentence he received.
He's not that flamin' illiterate is he, knows how to cheat the system ?? Shocking ...
lucky man. I imagine most community service is fairly light work anyway, unless they've reinstated chain gangs in Moorgate.
It seems self-explanatory to me.

When compiling a pre-sentence report, probation staff will ask an offender to consider how realistically he could cope with a particular sentence. Someone who's 64 might well say "Yes, I could do community work as long as it's within my physical capabilities. I wouldn't be able to dig ditches all day". That's roughly what seems to have happened in this case.

and how has he managed to not work for so long?
i'd love to know how some people can claim all this money when many people with genuine troubles have a real struggle to get anything.the ones I read about who get thousands in benefits are quite often foreign .
