Every day do one thing to improve it .....
Leave the car at home, plant something, tidy your front garden, pick up litter, talk to a stranger,feed the birds, if we all started with one and it's hard to stop there, and we sent the message out to our online friends elsewhere we might start to see a difference in our homes communities and lives.

I always talk to the people at the old peoples place just down the road from me. They are lovely folk.
