nope - allegations against a class are not actionable ( yeah yeah I know this is Nooze and not Lar) if one is not identifiable except..... dentists I think.

The senior monk ( prior ) Maidlow Davis burnt records which I thought he was required to do under the Data Protection Act but apparently the Child Safeguarding regs trump that one
