Does anyone know of a good way of reusing wooden pallets, ideally turning them into another product and able to sell them on.
Any serious suggestions , much appreciated.

Probably not what you are looking for but I have been staring at a redundant pallet for months now then last week....a brainwave.
I am going to turn mine into a quirky bug hotel and a bird box....don't really know if they would sell though. x
Join Pinterest, there's a whole load of ideas for pallet recycling.
Wow! Mamya...you have inspired me.....I shall now be trawling the neighbourhood for pallets! x
cooooooooooo
I often see ones that are painted blue, it must put limitations on recycling.

I've found getting the nails out without splitting the wood is an art in it's self.

Kindling is a good one for unusable, split pieces.
When I first married we used pallets, stripped down to make our garden fence, and also made some ather nice looking planters for the garden.
when I was on my own with the kids, money was tight and the local pallet co used to drop off their broken pallets in my drive every few weeks, I used to strip them down, burn the blocks ( we had open fires ) and chop the slats up for kindling.

you shouldn't often see the blue ones available for recycling anyhow, they generally belong to a company called CHEP and the company they were leased to in the first place shouldn't really have "lost" them as they will be charged for them.
The ones that are painted blue belong to Chep who take a dim view of their equipment straying from authorised premises.

Have a look in todays Sunday Mirror(28th July) in the garden section.
They have made various items, garden day beds, low tables on wheels, wall racks etc.
It's a good idea to recycle the old pallets and provide them with a new life. There is a wide range of options wherein you can recycle your old pallets. Palletower would suggest you some of the most innovative ideas. Some other options are given below:
1. You can make a swing bed and give your home an attractive look.
2. Sofas could also be made
3. Small shelves could be made to store things
4. You can have a relaxing chair built with it
5. You can create a nice decorative piece
