Military term for scrambled eggs

Thanks toorak and ubasses.
I should have looked up scrambled eggs in the dictionary.

What is the parsing on shop and ingan.

Ingan is onion so reducing Scotsmen to tears makes sense. But what is losing Andy?

Also how does shop fit with Rat, Grocery or For Example?

18 to shop someone means to tell the police that someone has done wrong, so someone who does that is a rat, because they rat on some other person. Shop could also mean a grocery shop.
To shop is to rat/grass/inform and a grocery is a type of shop
ng (no good = losing) inside Ian (scotsman)
ingan = onion which makes you cry!

A few hours later I was still wondering what Andy had to do with the clue. Sometimes we make it too complicated.
