I can't get into my outlook but can access emails via APPS per se.

I want to get an email address that I have deleted - when you come down to the bottom of the names - it says if you want old emails - hit settings - where is settings. Thanks

JJ I had trouble getting into oulook this morning, it was a nightmare as i wanted to get in touch with someone, I was prompted to enter username which it said didn't exist, password didn't exist, I ended up clicking I forgot password which i didn't!!! had to do that catchpa stuff and then an email with a code was sent to my regular email addy I use for bills etc., went back and entered the code into the outlook tab and had to change my password - I thought it was only me with the problem, I even had to change it all on my smartphone (that I didn't think was very smart this morning)
...and after all that, I see you were only looking to see where were the settings, sorry xx

that's ok Ducksie - you know Chris (Buenchico) advised me to go into a different browser.

I was on Firefox and still am but I go into Google Chrome to get onto Outlook now and like you I wanted this email address and got that too - that was great - also I had tremendous difficulty in access to a site - again the Google Chrome allowed that. It's all turned out so well. Try a different browser Ducksie and good Lucksie LOL
Thanks JJ, I stuck with Chrome and got through, I had good lucksie ha ;)
G'afternoon JJ...No way could I have given you any better advice than Chris. Hence the reason for my remaining silent on matters.

I am very pleased that you are now 'back in business' with your emails. However I remain puzzled that Firefox is causing problems and is being outshone by Chrome.!!

Please check to see that your Firefox is up-to-date. It should be version 60.0.2.

Hans.
