Can anybody recommend a fitbit which is easy to use and understand. And cheap.

I use a Mi-band 2 made by company Xiaomi - reviewed here:

Since being given one, I've removed my watch and use the band exclusively. They are quite a lot cheaper than the Fitbits

I have a fitbit and find it well worth the money spent - I record all my food and drink and steps and exercise, it tracks my cycles and a lot more besides.

I have a cheap one and wish I had the original Fitbit. They do more and work better.Mine was only about 25€, but doesn't do as much as a Fitbit and what it does do, doesn't do as well. Go for the original.
