Can you guess what the lady two tables away did all through her starter and main?

Okay..... :-)
You are out with ummmm again, gness?
DISGUSTING.
I thought that smoking was banned in restaurants in the UK......I would have approached her with my complaint concerning her smoking....such as "I hope that you don't mind me eating whilst you are smoking?"
Appalling.
sqad, they were eating al fresco
Ah! ducksie, i thought that would have been the case after I had posted, although it didn't say al fresco in the thread.
Still disgusting ;-)
LOL....you are correct, gness mentioned al fresco half way down the thread.
she did, easy miss though sqad when you first come onto a thread - I only see it this morning too :)
how disgusting but there is little you can do, as its outside the restaurant.
I grew up in a big family, my dad smoked one after another, while cooking and eating, the rest of the family took after him, I never noticed the smoking really until a friend pointed it out to me how my family all chain smoked and how did my Mam and I put up with them, we just took it for granted, I never see smoking as disgusting, my house is a smoke free zone now but i do miss the waft of tobacco an odd time and as much as i try and encourage a sister to have her ciggie indoors on a bad weather day, she insists on sitting in the garden and having her cigarette, I think I'll have to get a little shed for her, she's too good to me to have her sat out in the cold
ducksie that's lovely. I gave up smoking when the price went up to 3/6 for twenty!
