Is anyone a member of TNS National Shopping Monitor and used their new website? I can't get to the login screen but no-one at TNS seems to have the technical knowledge to solve my problem.

Hi Andrea, which internet provider do you use? Have you ever been able to conect? Also, what is happening when you try to log on?

Thanks Tracy.

I currently use ntl broadband but i have tried various search engines to no avail. Luckily when the site first opened i saved it in my favourites, so i can still access the login page. I have tried sending the link to my parents computer but it won't let me open it. Also when i open it from my favourites the web address reads www.nsmrewards.co.uk. I have also tried this site on my parents computer (which is also ntl broadband) and i cannot open it.

HI tracy

Think I can solve your problem. If you type into your search engine yahoo, and use their search engine to fin www.nationalshoppingmonitor.com it will find it straight away.

Hope this helps.
