Make a pudding with the pannetone, fruit and cream. Do it in layers like a trifle.
Question Author
what about the oxtail ?
Pannetone makes good bread and butter pudding and you could use up the cream/brandy sauce and perhaps fruit depending on what it is.

Oxtail soup seems the obvious choice with finely chopped veg, or a rich casserole.
Do an oxtail stew

then a pnnetone bread pudding sprinkle with the fruit use the cream with milk as the base and pour the brandy sauce to serve

Fruit brandy snaps.....you just need the snaps :-)

And a lovely soup broth using the oxtail and mixed veg.

Oh well, got to go and host a Valentine's day gig tonight, so I will have fun watching men pluck up enough courage to ask girls they fancy to dance. ☺
Oh the days way back when the erection section came on at the local night club. Careless Whisper was the disc of the day!
Oh yum, bread and butter pud, can I have some please?
I made a pannetone b+b pudding a few weeks ago at work. I had 2 cakes...one a traditional pannetone, the second had dark chocolate running through it instead of fruit. I spread the slices with marmalade then poured over the custard. It was absolutely lush ;-))
Hi slinky, nice to see you back on here.....I'd drink the brandy first....
