I have just been given a 0% credit card which I haven’t used yet. They state:

“Well start collecting your monthly DD payments after your next statement is produced on 25th January. If payment is due in the meantime, please pay another way until we give details on your statement of the DD and when it will be collected.”

If I spend say, £10 before then, like, this week. Will I have to pay it another way or, will it be firstly shown in the statement for payment in, February? Thanks.

No if you use it this week it will appear on the statement issued on the 25th, this will have a date that the bill must be paid by and they should take your DD on that date.
0% credit card? I could do with one of those, or is it just an introductory offer for a limited amount of time?

No, jackdaw. I’ve worked hard to repair my credit score over the last few years and it’s paid off. I have 0% for 32 months and then 18% after that.

I was paying 39% on my last credit card and have transferred the balance to the new one. Ching ching. :)
