I can see that point 10CS, although as we celebrated the new millennium on 31/12/1999-1/1/2000 rather than 31/12/2000 -1/1/2001, it seems the majority sees things differently.
If the 21st century started in 2001 and the first century started is year 1, what year preceded year 1 and which century was that. Was there ayear 0 or did -1 precede 1? I'm not sure
