Possibly, but if the basic principle of alternative justice systems can apply- then I can see it happening.
May all be rather academic now that the rumour is the Irish will veto trade talks unless the EU agrees to our suggestion of a soft border, thus forcing hard Brexit (and a hard border) anyway.
I agree O.G. - they'll try to blame it on us, of course.
I wouldn't mind such cases being referred to the EU courts..............as long as in the meantime "such people" were promptly moved to Brussels to await judgement. Job done, refer em all.
It's a pretty small "leap". Just applying the same to all. Of course the chances of our courts allowing it is still small, but the precedent will have been created.
