done that, But will not delete the last print job. just freeze's
hello darkstar, I have exactly the same problem with my HP 1317 printer. It does it probably once a week at the mo and Its doing my t1ts in, the only way I can get it to work is to reboot my computer. It had a total wacko fit tonite and kept refreshing after i'd tried to cancel the document. Got a feeling I may need to uninstall it and reinstall again. Who's got the answer?
Go to the HP website support page and post the question to them.
HP is support is very excellent and they should be able to help you.
Click Start, Run, and type Net Stop Spooler (without the quotes). Then press Enter. Shutdown the computer and restart. The print jobs should be removed. If they are not, shut down the computer again, take a deep breath, and then go for a long walk. The queue should be clear when you return.
