I took a website hosting contract with UK2 in September - though they started to offer 1 additional year free, for the same price now. I understand while they're not in anyway obliged to offer me the same, even under goodwill - however it really feels as if the new offer make my deal significantly worse off. Is it worth it to contacted them and pointed out?

You are no worse off than you were before this offer, it's just that anyone taking advantage of it is better off. You could try contacting them, but it's difficult to see what your argument would be.
You've got no chance - why should the company change your contract?
If the price of a new contract had gone up from today, would you now be welcoming them with a 'that's OK, I understand that as a bit of goodwill you will be needing to increase my price as well'.
