Ordered an item from Amazon Prime on Sunday night, and told would be delivered yesterday.

When it hadn't arrived today, I went to the tracking info on the item, and it said it was delivered yesterday, by R/Mail.

Phoned Royal Mail with the tracking number etc, and they said I would have to get in touch with seller.

All the seller can tell me it was posted by Royal Mail, so what am I supposed to do now, so frustrating?

back to Royal Mail...where is it ?
It is the seller who has a contract with Royal Mail - it is up to the seller to chase it & get proof of delivery - otherwise you just go through Amazon's refund procedure.
