Woke up to an email from my New Avon Area Manager.

She had listed the top 20 Reps with the highest sales for this Campaign. There I was sitting in 4th Place. So happy that I'm doing so well.

So it's got my Tuesday off to a good start. Sitting in work, few ladies pottering about the shop.

well, I never !
lass was doing a shift in local shop and she gave up Avon a few years back, customer base wasn't there.
To tell the truth, I don't think she was really that interested plus I don't she's as committed to it as she should have been.
(She's 50, not really a lass!!)

Some aren't.

A lot of the time we are forced to hard sell. But I never force anything on customers, which I feel keeps them coming back.
