Brainwashing? In the states he would have been given the death penalty or 800 years in a supermax isolation booth!

We have to have an emergency review on prisoners now asap.

Otherwise known as the hard line medias "smoke and mirrors"

albaquerty has the right sense. Is it so difficult to understand that he should be isolated from other prisoners? Can anyone explain any paperwork problems to me?
All these Institutions are a joke nowadays, with the procedures laid out and monitored by wet-behind-the-ears Social Scientists, though not I believe, in the case of military prison, which has comparitively little reoffending or problems...
There are specific rules regarding the amount of time a prisoner can be placed in isolation. There are plenty of lawyers who will take his cause if that is abused. I believe its covered by PSI 17/2006.
Also PSO 1700
I was reading the other day about the cannibal who has been kept in isolation for the last 30 odd years. He did eat a couple of prisoners though.
Ummmm, I have to wonder how he cooked them - or did he eat them raw?
In the article it said that he'd topped someones head like an egg and was eating his brain with a spoon....so I'm guessing raw.
Urrgh!
