Excel Problem.

In Excel I am sure I had an extra menu bar in which everything I typed into a cell came up on this bar, so I was able to correct anything I entered without losing the whole of what I had entered.

It now seems to have disappeared, does anyone please know how I can get this feature back?

Thank you bednobs, I doubled clicked and was able to do so, but I still can't get that particular windowed tool bar up.

Go to the View Menu at top of screen and reselect "Formula Bar".
