Yes, they are. Anything that makes life easier is brilliant IMO. When you work full time you need a bit of help in completing various tasks with minimum effort. there is no downside to a task being made easier.

We had a similar poster a couple of weeks ago who was suspended (I can't emember his name). It makes me very suspicious he's made a comeback with a new name.
Why was he suspended?
I haven't a clue ellie. He was posting question after question and never coming back to the post, so I wonder if someone got fed up of him.
