Wy do TV stations insist on screening double bill episodes. They did it with the last two episodes of Prison Break and now desperate Housewives - Do these companies think we have nothing else to do but sit and watch TV for 2 hours at once or that we can stay up an hour past usual bedtime?? Then there's Coronation St when they show two episodes in one night split by half an hour - WHY?? Rant over!

i know what you mean if they are long episodes, but i actually prefer this, as i know i can watch the whole series in shorter span and not have to think about missing the next one.

I'm presuming it is to save the endings being leaked to the masses before viewers have a chance to see it for themselves.
If you don`t want to sit for 2 hours to watch them, record them. You`d be surprised how much time is saved by not watching ads,credits etc. I very often do this.

Good idea to video them - I'll just need to work out how to use the VCR then...
