New Folder In Hotmail

I want to create a new folder in my Hotmail emails,I used to be able to do so easily,but since the site was "updated",can`t.
I go to MOVE ...click there and one can see NEW FOLDER at the bottom,one can enter the name ,but then..what????
It does not save in my list of folders!!!!
Help please.

Next to folders there is a plus sign. I just opened a new folder and it went in the list.
