toilets for the blind

I've wondered for a long time, how do blind people know when they have used enough toilet paper? I assume they do not have to have a sighted person with them.

Excuse my ignorance here, but what do YOU do with your toilet paper? Do you have some sort of inspection routine? Can't you go to the loo in the dark?

Oh come on Bert, let's have a little more respect for blind people. I don't suppose anyone questions your ablusion inspections.
