You need to choose an avatar you want to use, log into gravatar and upload you picture and use it here

remember to select G in the choice of categories the avatar is

Can't I use a screen photo I have in my phone ?

I guess you can, I've never tried that but if you are able to upload it to the gravatar website you can use it
