The word "toff" is thought to come from the word "tuft", which was a gold tassel worn by titled undergraduates at the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge.The Anglo-Saxon word "toforan" has a meaning of "superiority"

Well, I wouldn't have a clue as to where to get drugs, honestly. I suppose that the circle of people one associates with can limit or extend access. TPT would probably just 'know someone'.

In the early '70's I was once offered a 'spliff', which I refused. Got enough on with alcohol!
