I need to compare some prices on one site to another on a different one.Is it possible to put two or more sites on the screen at one time to do this.? If so, what is the method please?Thanks.

Simply open two (or more) windows simultaneously, resizing them appropriately, with the two (or more) websites displayed separately in each of them.
You've not said which browser you're using but pressing Ctrl and N together in Firefox (and probably in most other browsers too) opens a new window. Click the overlapping squares in the top right corner to make the window size flexible and then drag the edges so that it takes up half the screen. (Click-and-drag near the top of the window to move it about). Repeat for your original Window and then load the websites into the different windows.
To be honest though, I'd find it just as easy to open the site in separate tabs and then flick between them.

Then (to save yourself a bit of work) follow Hc4361's advice by right-clicking on the taskbar at the foot of your screen and selecting 'Show windows side by side'. (That will achieve the desired position quicker than my original suggestion - Thanks, Hc4361!). You can then use the two windows separately to load the desired websites.

Open a different comparison site in that window. To switch between windows hover over the browser icon in the taskbar and click on the one you want to look at. Or hold Alt and Tab to cycle between the windows.
This assumes you are using a Windows laptop. It would help enormously if you could tell what device you are using - pc, tablet, phone - and the Operating System - Windows 7, 8 or something else such as Android Lollipop
