I've used the plastic wood paste that comes in a small tub fairly successfully on laminate. It's sold in a variety of shades from the people who say 'Does exactly what it says on the tin'.

It's truly amazing what winds come and go in our house to drop/blow my lad's Playstation corner down on to a newly laid wooden floor !!

Try ironing it out with a damp(wet) cloth, using the point of the iron. If it's real wood, this might work, but if it's basically plastic, then you will have to use filler as Billy suggests.
