I knew Walter Swinburn when he was an apprentice jockey, as he used to come in my pub.
Because he used to get a bit worse for wear at w/ends, his trainer, think it was Henry Cecil at the time, put him on a curfew, to be in by 10pm.

I know he had a few problems with drugs, but most of the stable lads & jockeys did.
